It's in <a href="http://www.scottsdalehomes.com/south-scottsdale/about/ rel="nofollow">South Scottsdale</a>'s "<a href="http://www.scottsdalehomes.com/relocating/art-culture/ rel="nofollow">Arts District</a>" with a whole lot of good shopping including <a href="http://www.scottsdalehomes.com/relocating/shopping/ rel="nofollow">The 5th Avenue Shops and Scottsdale Fashion Square</a>. And we all know the 3 most important things about real estate: location, loca... well, you get the point. :-) I personally don’t think a cement canal has that much draw to it… but, the location in general is outstanding.

I know water is scarce in Arizona but is a cement canal really that attractive for a condo project? I am not trying to be negative just wondering what is the attraction. It should be interesting to see what the next 10 years holds for the "Scottsdale Waterfront". Which includes a lot of residential units, <a href="http://www.scottsdalehomes.com/relocating/shopping/ rel="nofollow">shopping</a> and dining along the canal that passes through South Scottsdale.
