Desert Mountain Golf Community Looks to Hire 100 People
Scottsdale golf and recreational community Desert Mountain is hosting two job fairs this month and looking to hire about 100 people.
Desert Mountain officials will be looking for full-, part-time and seasonal (October through May) workers for positions in the food and beverage and culinary areas. The open positions include cooks, servers, bartenders and snack bar attendants. Hired workers will work in Desert Mountain’s five restaurants.
The fairs will take place from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Aug. 29, and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Aug. 30 at Desert Mountain’s Fairway Office, 10550 E. Desert Hills Drive, at the northeast corner of Desert Hills Drive and Cave Creek Road in Scottsdale.

Super Bowl XLIII Parties In Scottsdale
Super Bowl XLIII Viewing and After Party at SIX Lounge and Restaurant
2 p.m.-2 a.m. Feb. 1. SIX knows how to throw a Super Bowl Party. Watch the game live on a 20-foot video wall with celebrity guests, NFL players, former Cardinals players and the Cardinals dance team. After the game, world-renowned DJ David Christian from Las Vegas and DJ J Alan start up the after party for a celebration and dancing all night long. This party is for age 21 and older.

Super Bowl Tailgate and Viewing Party at Mickey’s Hangover
10 a.m.-2 p.m. Feb. 1. Mickey’s just might be the place to be on Super Bowl Sunday. The whole day is filled with music, football and good grub. Watch for guest appearances by former Arizona Cardinals football players, the Cardinals dance team and take the chance to win all kinds of good stuff through raffles and giveaways.
