Three New Communities For Seniors Coming to Scottsdale

The median age of Scottsdale residents is 41, according to the most recent census. Almost 30% of the city’s 230,293 residents are older than 55, and an additional 31% are 35 to 54. Developers are taking notice - there are three new luxury retirement communities opening next year.
