Vanguard City Homes expects to start erecting steel next month on its 4.86-acre Safari Drive condo project east of Scottsdale Fashion Square.
The five-story, 206-unit condo project will breath life into the dormant Safari Hotel site and add another leg of pedestrian development along the Arizona Canal.
The residential units will be priced from $600,000 to $2 million, and will join the nearby Optima Camelview Village and Scottsdale Waterfront condos that are changing the skyline at Scottsdale and Camelback Roads.
There are 1,500 luxury condo units already under construction in downtown Scottsdale as of today!
