    Seems strange that price per sq ft increases and sales drop so sharply. Maybe the total numbers are so small the graph is skewed? Thanks for posting!

    Hi there,

    I assume you were commenting on the condo market. Yes, the number of sales in October was only 12 in Fountain Hills, so yes – the chart is pretty skewed, since average values are being used. The most important is the annual trend, which is upward and pretty consistent in comparison to single family homes.
