BusinessWeek named Fountain Hills Arizona’s “Best Affordable Suburb.” The selections were made based on livability, education, crime, economy and affordability.
Fountain Hills was lauded for it’s “natural beauty” and outdoor activities such as hiking, biking and golfing. It’s median price in 2008 was $380,182. In addition to offering a good real estate value, the northeast Valley town also offers high-performing schools, low crime, a small town flavor and award-winning parks.
