    If you take a close look at this graph, it shows the same thing happening in North Scottsdale that is happening all across The Valley Of The Sun right now… home sales are on the rise.

    Before anyone notices, Scottsdale will be out of this extreme buyer’s market and into a much more balanced market overall.
