Fountain Hills was lauded for it’s “natural beauty” and outdoor activities such as hiking, biking and golfing. It’s median price in 2008 was $380,182. In addition to offering a good real estate value, the northeast Valley town also offers high-performing schools, low crime, a small town flavor and award-winning parks.

Super Bowl XLIII Viewing and After Party at SIX Lounge and Restaurant
2 p.m.-2 a.m. Feb. 1. SIX knows how to throw a Super Bowl Party. Watch the game live on a 20-foot video wall with celebrity guests, NFL players, former Cardinals players and the Cardinals dance team.
