In fact, the Hilton's are having a very large estate built in DC Ranchs' Silverleaf in <a href="http://www.scottsdalehomes.com/north-scottsdale/" rel="nofollow">North Scottsdale</a> and last I heard, from a general contractor friend, they had over $15 million into it. Actually you are 100% correct. There are a lot of homes worth much more than that one, but they are being built to suit vs. being a spec home like the one in the article.

I've heard that other homes being built in Silverleaf have much bigger price tags on them. Why aren't we hearing about them? Hard to believe that area between Troon and McDowell Mountain Ranch has grown into the next PV of Arizona!
