In a city where One Million Dollar homes are common (800 are currently on the MLS in Scottsdale alone) Scottsdale’s new benchmark of exclusive luxury living is now approaching eight figures: $10,000,000.
That figure is based on the an 11,000 square foot custom spec. home located in the Upper Canyon of Silverleaf in DC Ranch in North Scottsdale that is in escrow at $9.89 million.
The home, built by Gietz Master Builders, was unveiled Thursday at a Cystic Fibrosis Foundation fund-raiser.
No one will not disclose who is buying the custom spec home at 104th Street and Robs Camp Road in Silverleaf, DC Ranch, Scottsdale, Arizona.
About 200 homes are being built in Silverleaf, and half that many are in the design phase already.
