I visited Scottsdale last summer and thought it was a great place to live, but maybe a little hot in the summer. Great community feel though! Love the Grand Canyon too! The project is coming along quite well as of today, despite all the other homes for sale through-out the valley. I doubt Robert Toll is too worried.
